Pension not received for 2 months

Haven't received my pension now for 2 months. Went to Sassa Bethal 2 weeks ago. Waited for 3 hours before we got helped. Promised i''l get it this month ( October and November) still nothing received. U can't get hold of anyone as they dnt answer their phones. I live in Secunda and dnt see why I must once again be put through the inconvenience cause they dnt know what they doing. At my wits end. Can you perhaps assist?
