Pension account debit orders

My mom pensioner money account was debited for electricity and prepaid for 3months without approval from her.The debit company is moneyline and seems to be debiting most of the pensioners for no reason and claims the pensioners have a loan.Then also a prepaid electricity money was debited and she does not have prepaid meter.Now Sassa authorises these debit orders although there are several complaints from pensioners.Why don't sassa prevent debit orders from this company going through,it will prevent any ********** activities hapening.Makes you suspect that they are involved and don't want to sort the matter,meanwhile pensioners suffer.Or why cant the pensioners be allowed to reverse those transactions when they dispute them,who gains they money in the end.
