Pathetic services by Sassa Maponya employees.

I lost my job and my wife also lost hers so we had to register at Sassa for children grant. I have visited the offices four times already, I had to be there at 4:00 am for me to make the 50 number that they are taking per day for applications of child grant. The official told me for this particular service wednesday and Thursday are the only day they attend to children's grant. I went there today 24th Feb for the 4th time only to be told I had an affidavit missing for which I understood with that missing my appIication cannot be processed, I was told must come back next Wednesday I asked but you deal with these issues on Wed and Thursday why can't I come tomorrow I was told they dealing with only doctors letters. I also know since this is the govt issues no one will intervene nor even launch an investigation to remedy what has became platform to undermine the community of Soweto by Sassa's employees considering we get there at 3 or 4 to get services.
