Pathetic Service in SASSA Gugulethu Offices

Good day, I would like to complain about the poor pathetic service my 79yrs old Mom has experienced at the Gugulethu SASSA Offices (South African Social Service Agency) in November last year 2016 my mother went to the Nyanga SASSA offices to apply for a transfer child support grand to her because of my sister was no longer residing with her kids and left them with my mother and its alleged that she is using the Grant money for her own needs not for her children) where she (My mom) was scheduled to meet with the social worker to finalise her request in Regards her 2 grandchildren grant, A recommendation letter was signed and granted to her immediately then she was sent to SASSA to officially make the changes requested. In short in January this year she went with the kids in charge as it was insisted by the social worker to take them with on the day in SASSA… on the 10th January 2017 she was sent back home to go the the nearest police station to certify certain documents given by SASSA and to take some to their school and given a follow up date by Sassa which was the 1st of February 2017 on the 3rd week of January a SASSA employee came to her house “surprise visit” where she confirmed all documents has been signed and completed correct and later confirmed that they are from the Hospital where the elder child is being treated and everything they wanted on his behalf was received so he can freely go back on the day given (1st Feb) with no worried. On the 1st February 2017 my mother went again with the kids where she was returned without even been formally assisted and was told that day was strictly for disability grant not child support and was asked to come back the next Tuesday 14 February without the kids now ….on her way out a Lady by the name of Vuyo as she introduced herself said to her she can come back on Friday 3rd February and ask to be assisted by her, come Friday she went a requested to this Vuyo lady whom now sent her back to even bring a copy of my Father’s Death Certificate and to the school of the elder child to complete the same forms once again and told her to come on the 14th February because the Ill health of sickness grant of Liyalisanda has been defeated due to now receiving medical report from the Hospital he is been treated…..I am so furious right now because they are playing with my mother and frustrating this sickly old lady. Keep in mind she is traveling to get to their offices where is she getting all this transport money with these kids? Why is SASSA employees playing games and are so not competed like this? one senior employee got the report and even visiting my mom at home and one did not get the same document from the Hospital when she visits their offices and now they saying they will grant him the normal grant why ? he is HIV positive and taking ARVS and consciously been treated and taken to hospital now and then what makes them decide to STOP the Ill-health grant ? I can be contacted in this regard I have all these documents in front of me and I really need an explanation my mom is illiterate why are they playing with her old as she is.
