pathetic service

I am a Telkom mobile use , & a receive the R350 grant every month , from the month off August I have not received my R350 grant even though it is approved. I have been to Shoprite & Boxer , waited in the que only to know that there is a problem with Telkom Mobile network , as they cannot receive any authorization code to access the SASSA grant and make a pay out this matter has been going on for over a week , and SASSA has not reported the matter to Telkom Mobile , many of us have not received our payment. Even SASSA is not updating their site as to when payment will be made , even though grants are being approved.
