Pathetic Service at SASSA New-Hanover Branch

<p>My name is Bongiwe Zondi, l have a 6 yaer old son born in 2009. from 2009 he was receiving his child support grand and early 2010 l took him to my mom in New Hanover (Outside Pietermaritzburg) and thus stopped receiving his child grant. My mom then passed away last year november and then my younger sister, who takes care of our home now went to register for him. She was told that l must do an affidavit specifying that she is now gonna get my child grant, of which l did in January 2016. Up until now my son is not receiving my child grant, l dont know what to do. Everytime she went they say l still appear as a mother of the child and the child once received child support grant. Yes he once received it and l stopped because the child support grant is received by someone who stays with the child, hence l cancelled it when my l took my son home. My question is who is benefiting on my child support grant now, as my sister who is a gurdian of the child doesnt get it! l know those people in New Hanover SASSA are ******, hence they want people to pay bribes before they get their grants. I need answers from this goverment of ours. Is my child not SA enough for him to be refused to get his grant. Is SASSA gonna reimburse his long outstanding benefit that he should have received in January already??</p>
