Pathetic service

Good morning seriously aggrieved by the treatment Hanover park Sassa this is the second time my father has been applying at his doctors request his unable to work and in severe pain daily many times went to sit in the Quee through loads of pain and early mornings and constantly got send back and just to return to start the Quee over again,the is the second time Sassa denied my father grant even though he was unable to work last two years and have not been able to hold a job last five years back he is in chronic pain daily with chronic disease my dad struggles to walk and get around doing daily c****s after going back and forth just to be denied once again and then the agents are still snippy too!!!thos is unacceptable our president said in the state of the nation speech that more people will be eligible to grant and better measures will be out in place so I ask Sassa what other proof do you want more even though this is the second time the doctors recommended him for grant the last that was also denied two years back dads health has rapidly been declining many people who **********ly aquire grants are granted and some who doesn't even need it gets it so why are the poor people suffering and who is in grave need of it being denied !!!????kindly respond he is 57 years old please help
