OVER IT WITH SASSA

Sassa people came to civic center on 21 Feb, i fill in form to change from sassa card to my bank account. Fast forward sassa people came to Leisure Bay on 12 June so i can re-fill in form because the money still not going into my bank account only on sassa card, fast forward today is 6 Aug, money is still not going into my bank account! What is going on? Are they throwing my paperwork away and not capturing it into the computer?? Why must I keep fighting to get it into my bank account. Is it because i am deaf or what give me a reason why!!
