out of 10 working station only1 person was working

I have disable child and I came to register for a grant,I been going back and forth something cnt be done in 1day so they said. There is 100 of us waiting to be served by 1 guy. And we were told to bring a child every day which was unecessary cz there is nothing more to see on the child since they can't undo the situation I find it very unprofessional
