Our government is failling us as youth of South africa

Hellopeter I app**** for 350 grant since 2021 July,I hot declined reason being I'm uif registered which I was not,made an appeal few weeks after the reply which they say I have a pending status now,how can my application be pending from Holy 2021 till February 2022 all the months are pending,please help.
