Online SASSA Grant Application

My wife submitted an online old age grant application with all documents on the 13th of May 2025. Exactly 3 months to the date, now they come back and say that the application should be re-submitted as some documents are outstanding. When we try to track the application it also states that some documents are outstanding, which does not make sense as the online process does not allow submission without all documents entered. When you try to open the application, a message pops up stating that the application has already been submitted. The only option now is to go to the local offices and try to do it from there, again. Meanwhile the statement that you will get backpay from the time you app**** for the grant will simply not happen.
