Online application process is slow and jammed with job feed back

I app**** for my child grant online ,till now I never get any feedback from them,and if I check the status doesn't move from where I lost when iwas applying saying that waiting for assistant,reason why I app**** online was thinking it was fast and easy,no ques,no loadshedding stories and telling us system is down they can't work with us that day,telling us wont work more certain number of people
