Online application for sassa child support grant

I app**** online on 1 November 2024 for sassa child support grant and they reply on the 14 November via email telling me there are 2 outstanding documents to be submitted and I went to sassa branch to confirm which documents they require then they assisted me to upload the outstanding documents that was in December after the 15th up till today they have not verified the documents there is no respond no communication. Went back to the Phoenix branch they advice they can not assist since I did application online. At this pointen time m stuck on the middle I cannot start application afresh at the branch and I am not assisted also online. I don't understand Why they gave PPL option of applying online if they cannot assist and they chasing us on branches telling us to apply online. I am so disappointed with their services it very poor and pathetic.
