old age unpaid grent

i lulama Nono Bhengu id number *** is very unhappy and disappointed month end of December i didn't receive my old age grent i went to a sassa office at kwamashu a refew was done with supporting documents where submitted i received a report / print out that my pay out will be out on the 6th of January mind you the whole of December i have no food or so ever 😭😭

with hope today i want to collect my pay but money was not available i called a sassa office spoke to Zanele and i was advised that im still under refew 😭😭

my question how do i survive whole two months with no food cnt evn cnt pay my funeral policy 😭😭

how is our South African government treating old people is very unfair
