Old age Sassa Grants below the normal.

I retired at the end of December 2018. In February 2019 I went to Sassa Maponya Mall to apply for a social grant. The experience was very traumatic as I was send from pillar to post also required to produce documentation stating that I was receiving UIF. Nevertheless I did all of that and finally my application was approved however my grant was far less than the normal. I questioned that and was told that it's because of the UIF that I was getting. I did not understand however I just accepted. Somewhere mid year I discovered that there were a couple who were both medical doctors and had retired strange enough they were getting their full Sassa Grants. As soon as my UIF was finished ( early this year) I went to Maponya Mall again to ask for a review I was turned away the reason being that they were not dealing with reviews currently due to the lockdown. I escalated my matter to 2 highest Sassa directors via email. I send them a copy of my small annuity document that I get every month, a copy of my ID, and a copy of my bank statement showing that I no longer get UIF. Both of them have not responded and I don't know where to go now. We read about Sassa employees de*****ing their own company who knows this could be our share of the grant. Yesterday I went for my grant with the hope that it has been rectified only to find that nothing has been done. Where do I go to now and who do I contact? I am a South African citizen who is entitled to this grant like everyone else. I am no longer getting UIF so what is the problem. Our Government is really failing us. I don't have any other income except for a small annuity I get every month. At some time in my life I was unemployed therefore when I retired in 2018 my pension payout was very little. I had been with that company for 7 years only. Sassa will you kindly review my case and advise.
