NOT GETTING THE R350 EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING CERTIFICATE FROM UIF THAT I DO NOT GET ANY MONEY. DISGUSTING !

Hi,
I was asked to go to labour dept and get a certificate that i do not get any assistance. I did that and sent it to all concerned parties as per SASSA instruction. ARE YOU SAYING THAT I WASTED 5 hours getting the certificate and now its not valid ?? Are you telling me that because i was assisted more than 6 years ago,i do not qualify ?
Please clarify.

Your grant for all the months which have been approved have been paid. The application for the extended period of the grant from February to April 2021 has been declined, as your ID still appears on the UIF database.
You are kindly requested to log an appeal by going to the website at https://srd.sassa.gov.za as the previous appeal you registered does not cover the extended period of the grant. If you do not log an appeal, the decline of the grant for this period will not be reconsidered.
All appeals logged for the decline of the grants from February to April will only be dealt with after 31 May, which is the closing of the window period for these appeals.

As per our telephone conversation about when are you getting feedback from your appeal on R350 grant. Your appeal has been submitted to our Head Office, as soon as they finalize the it they will send you an outcome via SMS.
The status on your appeal outcome now is "Pending", meaning they are still looking at your appeal.
