Non payment of srd r350 grant

My srd grant status appears as referred, I made a call to them several times since last year asking them about this issue, they promised to resolve this issue, they always say they will send me two messages to reply on so that they can clear my referred status and my money will come out. It's been a year now not getting my srd r350 grant and I have not received even one payment. I call them almost everyday about my problem and they always tell me to wait for those two messages, where are those messages? Because it's been a year now waiting for this issue to be resolved. Please help. ***
