Non payment of Old age grants & Non communication 🙄

My father Bina Erick Ntonga *** has not received his old age grant from November 2025 to date, all documents were submitted for review, we have call multiple times and went to there office multiple times, all they say is it shows that the money is there but doesn't know why it's not being paid.when you call they can't see the application. My father is very frustrated and needs this money for his medical needs and other necessities. If someone could also just respond to our emails.
