No turnaround time at Sassa

I app**** for the R350 social grant as I am unemployed. I lost my phone in September 2023 and called Sassa in January 24 to update my number. The lady took my number and said I should wait for communication from Sassa. This is the 7th month and no assistance has been received. I called in again for the 4th time and u was told that they have many applications and they don't have turnaround time. It is really painful that the money is called "relief" but not has not served its purpose for half a year.
