NO SERVICE FOR DISABLED!!!!!!!!!!!

This please is pathetic. My grandmother is in a weal chair. She has applies in APRIL 2018 to do a transfer from Pretoria to Mookgophong and still nothing is done. She goes there to see the doctor then she cant go to the toilets she cant eat anything she cant drink any water and still they help her last.

After seeing the doctor they tell her to bring in her bank statements. when we take the bank statements to them NOTHING IS DONE!!!!! The transfer is not done. Her card does not work anymore. With the lady telling us that the card is BLOCKED she wont be able to use it!

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP THE LESS FORTUNATE AND DISABLED. BUT NOT THE ONE IN MOOKGOPHONG. THEY WILL RATHER SIT ON THERE ASS AND MAKE PRIVATE CALL THEN HELP THE PEOPLE SITTING AND WAITING.
