No sassa payment from January untill april

.i applies sassa for my second child on January the 30th and today is the 04 of April and I still have not received any payment. I tried to call the sassa toll free number yesterday but I was not assisted .I'm an unemployed single mother of 2 and I'm having it hard becouse I have a new born that I have to take care of by myself .I app**** and chiawelo soweto and can't go check becouse I am currently at limpopo venda
