NO SASSA OLD PEOPLES GRANT

Apply on line they say. Wait a month they say. I have checked and my application for old peoples grant has not even been logged in. No progress not even a received date on the system. How are OLD people supposed to us the online facility if there is no one that manages it. SASSA please advise
