No-Reply from Sassa regarding R350 Covid-19 Grant

After applying for the R350 monthly Covid-19 grant I have had absolutely no response, when I go online and check my status it says that I've been approved since May month, Nobody has informed me that I was approved asking for my preferred choice if payment or anything. Up until today I have sent numerious emails asking SASSA why nobody informed me but have received no reply. SASSA is supposed to help those in need but they just keep on ignoring us.
