No professionalism at all at sassa kwamashu

Not happy with Sassa kwa mashu branch , the stuff can’t treat customers right even the old age people are treated like little children they just speak anyhow , they service is very poor , they are very slow while assisting a Client they busy talking they own stories and laugh . Would like for them to have name badges moving forward so we know who we are dealing with . Theirs no professionalism at all .
