NO PENSIONS PAID FOR SEPTEMBER 2023 - PENSIONERS STARVING!!

I cannot understand that 3 days after due payment, my mother still cannot draw her pension. We have tried ATM after ATM as well as Pick 'n Pay every day since Monday. How can PostBank CONFIRM that this issue has been resolved when every second pensioner that we come across have still not been able to receive their pensions. Stage 6 loadshedding and petrol prices are newsworthy and yet the fact that millions of people CANNOT CURRENTLY EAT is not national news!!!! Contact numbers provided by SASSA and PostBank do not get answered irrespective of the time of day which you attempt to contact them. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Does anybody out there know of any other platform or means by which we can actually get this NATIONAL problem noticed??!!!
