No money from sassa

Good morning. Yesterday on the 5 Sept I went o Nedbank as always and tried to withdraw R2000 when I received a error statement saying institution offline. Authorization code 69. And then the security told me that sassa has a glitch. I then went to pnp and swiped for R271 but could not get money as there was none .I went to check my balance at nedbank again it says institution offline.then I went to the post office where I was told it's a national problem.i tried calling sassa and postbank phones just rings.then my daughter emailed postbank and they tellinf me that R2000 was withdrawn knowing that they system had a glitch and I even send them all the statement of the bank with time and error codes on there.i want my money how must I live and eat this month.they system had glitches. So fix it and give us our money. Is ***
