No Care Pathethic Service

If there was a - 1 or - 2 that's what I would rate Sassa service. None of there phones numbers is ever answered even their head office number goes unanswered. Well here is my story, In 2017 I was involved in a car accident and was deemed disabled by treating specialist doctors. From 2018 I received a 6 month temporary disability grant and upon review in 2019 received a 12 month temporary disability grant. In January 2020 upon review the Sassa district doctor makes a decision that I can now resume work. I have no income and completed an Appeal for reconsideration but have not heard anything since. I suffer with Epilepsy, Semi Blind and still experience seizures and Syncopal Episodes. All medical report were forwarded to Sassa. I have tried to contact their offices telephonically due to the Covid 19 but Sassa never answers any phones so maybe this could be a platform that Sassa would respond to.
