Negligence and insubordinates

I came to the SASSA office to renew my card that I had lost, I got to the gate to ask for information on what I needed and I was sent to a queue to wait for over 2 hours and was told to return back home and not come back the same day with out any knowledge of what was needed. I then phoned the regional manage Themba Matlou to ask for what would be needed, he adviced me on that. <br> <br> I returned the next day at 6am only to be kept outside in the cold over 3 hours and be sent home by Sipho Nkuna with out any help. His reason was that the cards are finished!<br> <br> As I'm speaking my son has no food or clothes, have not received any Child Support Grant Fund this month!<br> <br> Kindly help me report him to the high commission.<br> <br> His statement to more than 5 people was \I'm in charge here, my rules, my time!! If you like go and report me to Zuma\" very bad attitude!!! Negligence to his duty!!! He's a Supervisor at the SASSA Alexandra Branch."
