My mother is struggling with her pension grant. They say there is someone who is being paid for it in Giyane and she has never been there. She has been trying to sort this out for a long time because even that time her children's grant was also cut off. When she goes to SASSA they say there is someone who is being paid for it. She has been going to SASSA for more than 5 years now for children's grant. She needs to get her pension now but there is still no solutions. I want to know if she does not have a right as a South African to get a pension grant?? She went to Sassa in Lady frere Eastern cape getting a poor service every time when she went there they are telling her different stories. Am hoping i will get a better feedback here.
