My brother always rejected R350 since started

Kindly help my brother since R350 SRD introduced, he never got even for one month. He is not working since 2018.He app**** and they reject, how would one leave like that, his name is Lazarus Maake 730320... We called sassa for review no answer. Everytime they reject his application, call center sassa office and polokwane even at sars to check his tax he confirms, kindly help him. Please
