Mr Sbusiso Ntuli is very arrogant with bad1 attitude

Today I went to SASSA in Durban Station the service is very bad they don't even communicate with the community which is there clients, the way the speak or communicate unacceptable unprofessional, I was assisted by the person who he said is name is Sbusiso Ntuli he's very very rude I can't even explain I'm disabled person he can't even assist and show u nicely where you must sign his arrogant and you can see he doesn't care of the client he's to bossy I wish they change their attitude toward clients.
