What a horrific experience I have had , I spoke to a guy named Banele and spoke to a coloured lady and they both were first very undermining is this how you speak to people just because they earn the SRD grant , like fools listen I am helping my brother and the lady cut the call on me after requesting a manager , then after that Banele blatantly shouted at me rather than assisting , get your guys trained , they lack knowledge on basic skills such as confirming if banking details have been updated , this is a disgrace period …
