MONEY GOING MISSING FROM PENSIONERS ACCOUNT

<p>I do not know where to start and I do not know who the culprit is in this case. On the 11/05/2017, 12/05/2017 and 31/05/2017 money was deducted from my Fathers Sassa Account, what stresses me out is the fact that there was no money to take yet they let it go off. When my Father tried to draw money he could not draw the amount he usually.</p> <p> </p> <p>He went back and forth to try and sort this matter out but got nowhere. Now they are telling me they're investigating the deductions. I am sorry this is not good enough! There was NO MONEY in the account but the money went off and it was deducted when my Father's pension went in. This is wrong on so many levels.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me resolve this issue, they need to refund him all his money and the way I feel now issue an apology letter.</p>
