maintenance application pending for 3 years

Been sent back and forth since 2018 with my applications and now SASSA services are no longer available in my area and i need to go back to Athlone offices, where one of the male officials assisted and sent me the second time i had all my paperwork and brought my kids with because the lady who helped me with my application said i just needed to bring my kids with me for fingerprints and then just to be given the same forms and get sent back and forth from my daughters school to my former place of employment. There is no contact details Athlone offices. its been 3 years now, this is ridiculous
