Lazy staff

On the 10/09/2015 i went back to sassa to process my aplication for my nephews the 4th time. I stood their for 8hours just for them to say my application was unsuccessful. Because I earn too much money. Firstly the same people were their as the first time. I found it very disturbing that they don't know how their computer system is working. They took an hour with each client and they have conversation with each other as we are animals they helping. I know their only poor people coming their but is it necessary to treat them as they don't matter. Also they have no communications skilss also no computer skills. I doubt they can even read. But they r their to help people. They are so *********** why do they have these jobs. Their so much intelengent people sitting at home looking for work. And they act like they doing me a favor,meanwhile they getting played from my tax money. They made do many mistake on my first profile that's why I had to keep on going back. Don't they know the standard procedures of there job. Please sassa all the people who work their don't look at their skin colour look at they competency. Get younger people who want to help the poor community.
