Lack of response and urgent response query

Hi, the toll free number and Cape Town number are busy and there's no one to take calls the whole day.

I would like to know what is done for the grants submission where ID holder has not app**** at all but ,someone has been receiving grant ever since the relief.

If someone has passed on, is there any closure for that grant and checks for *****ulent submissions?
