Kopanong Sassa

SASSA Kopanong @Dobsonville is treating people like ****. They don't attend their clients by 06h00 you there they don't open at 07h30 as per their working hours. I have been going there since February till yesterday. I was not assisted. I wanted to review my daughter's social grant . They will keep declining you up until you give up. I have all the documents they asked me to bring . My mother went there as she is the one staying with my child since we'll am not financially stable am depressed. Iam a graduate but am not working. They make excuses and excuses since February am not receiving any social grant for my daughter. Iam thinking of doing the most painful thing commit suicide just to rest. This other time in March I had to walk from Kopanong to Snakepark. I didn't have transport money . My mum has arthritis she was complaining that her knee was so sore and painful she had waited outside since from 06h00 till 12h00 . They were not attended on time she was also declined as well at 16h00 it was the time she left Kopanong Sassa. Yes we are poor but do we deserve to be treated like this. My daughter literally has nothing this winter her clothes and shoes have outgrown her. She doesn't take lunch she has allergies when she eats tin fish she is lactose intolerance. Last month she had a swollen face like mumps because of malnourished and the outbreak. So I don't know why should I suffer like already am down and out... My daughter's grant was closed. My mum is not working at all. We depend on her R350 plus odd jobs like ironing for people or doing laundry for them . SASSA Kopanong employees looks down on clients they don't respect other people's time and they have bad customer service
