Terrible service, Its like they never want to work my sister went to find out the procedure on how she can add her new born baby to the current card she has the person who was assisting her was so rude 1st because she came to the offices at 12 she told her that there we offline before she could explain what her problem was and later asked her were she opened her card as she was explaining that she opened it in tembisa she was told to go to tembisa but thing is she is no longer staying in tembisa but currently staying in kempton park she had the proof of resident but the lady didn't even want to hear what she had to say unfortunately they don't wear name tags so she couldn't take down the name really disappointed and and she went to the offices at 12 because she was coming from clinic with the baby
