It's like they don't want me to apply for sassa

Sassa at Oakley in ehlanzeni district mpumalanga is making the application for my daughter difficult. I've been sent back home 3 times now with a new excuse every time and I'm in need of the money. Any sassa official to help? Coz Google doesn't say they should be asking me all those things
