Irritated citizen

I got retrenched and wanted to apply for the grant as I have 2 kids in school and i am a single dad, so I went there 3 days ago they advised i needed to get an affidavit so I went and done that the following day early and as I went back they said they do other grants yesterday I have to come back the following day which i did was there at 8:30 had to wait over 30min just to able to get a seat only for them to say they can't help me as they knock of at 10 o'clock even as no ome has said that before when i entered into the building, i don't know if anyone can do something about it but I want to make sure that people know that, that department need to get some work done.
