Inefficient Disorganised SASSA

Brought an elderly pensioner to SASSA for old age pension review. Appointment letter states she has to be here at Eerste River office at 06:45. It's 12:35 and she still has not been attended to. What's the sense in scheduling the appointment and letting our aged wait in queues in this cold weather. Up your game and be more organised SASSA
