Incompletent staff

I started the process of registering for a child grant in July it is now December nothing was done. I have visited the Pietermaritzburg Northdale branch 9 times as they kept on requesting for the same document over and over again. At some point I was told that I was de*****ing the department because my daughter is 11 years. I told them that I did not need to apply for her as I was employed before. I had pull her out of class because I was told that she was a ghost and she does not exist. After they have seen her they told me that my file was lost and I needed to start the process all over again. And suddenly the file resurfaced and the branch manager by the name of Clive said I need to check every two weeks till today I am still checking for something I don't know. Clive is not helpful at all. He had a certain race that he is prioritizing, if you are my race you will be told to wait outside while other races get preferential treatment. The service is really bad. I have a enquired from other people and I am told that the proses took less than two weeks while I am being parked for 6 months. I have provided sassa all the required documents yet I am still waiting. Talk about putting people first.
