I went to SASSA offices on Monday (26 July 2021) , by the way this wasn't the first time. I had all the required documents but was sent away because apparently it wasn't the correct day for the enquiry I had. I went again on Wednesday (28 July) and I was told that the system is offline. My details were taken down manually. My issue here is that I was told to come back on Friday (30 July) to come and check if my details were captured. Wow.... so I must go waste my time and taxi fares to check if someone has done the job that they get paid monthly to do?
