Incompetence of sassa during a global pandemic

I am extremely disappointed with the way sassa's systems run and that they are unable to keep their word regarding the srd R350.

I am a 22 year old male that is currently unemployed and not receiving any income or grant from sassa and yet I was declined for collecting the grant.

I have been unemployed from February 2019 till date. The last I collected an uif was in 2019 July, which was the last payment.

I have emailed sassa twice now regarding this situation and yet I have not received any response as to why my application has declined.

All I see on social media is that sassa has kept to their word, but from me it is a total lie and they don't keep their word.

How is one supposed to find a job in this pandemic and when they president provides and income, sassa just feels like declining whom ever they want. It is shameful how they run things in that place.

As a South African I am extremely embarrassed and disappointed of they way our country is run.
