Incompetence and non uniformity service

I was getting my now 16 year old son's child grant and I cancelled it when I was working. I paid it back through SIU. I now foster care my late sister's 2 kids. I went to SASA-Pretotia c/o Prinsloo&Pritorious branch on the 8th of Febr'16 with all documents required but I was advised that I can't be able to apply for a foster care grant due to a not on the system which states an under investigation they reffered me to their H.O. Branch in Betrix Street & Switchboard connected me with Ruth Mthileni *** who logged my query to their call centre and Godfrey *** was the Team Leader who reffered the call with the relevant department. I had to wait for 21 days TAT. Later on I was called by 2 ladies & one gentleman who they advised me that I have to go to KZN where my paid back branch was app**** from I told them that I moved to Pretoria long time ago, I was promised to be called back but todate no one came back to me after. I tried to call Ruth, Godfrey & DBN Ellen Reddy *** advised me that Pretoria was supposed to do an application for me since it's a different grant. I've been trying to get hold of Pretoria on the listed and given ***&***.
