Incompetence

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to complain of the poor service my mom received from your company SASSA on 08 February 2019. My mom is a pensioner she just called me complaining that yesterday she went to Sassa offices in 40 Hoofdt Street, Roodepoort, Johannesburg, 1725 to resolve her problems they were told that the system is down they should go back home because they wont be attended to, today again she's there the clerks are roaming around the office telling them that they mustn't complain because they know what they're doing, that they're educated so they must just chill I mean they have so many counters and they can do their jobs effectively but there's only one person working there. This behavior is unacceptable I mean their are dealing with people you cant treat people like that no one like poverty those people need help and they have to be assisted accordingly.
