I want SASSA to give me the proof and the reason why they declined my mothers application for unemployment grant (R350),after pending for 2 months

Hi hello Peter team please help me get clarity from SASSA, I app**** for My Mom on the 11 of May for unemployment grant, after trying so many times in April with no success, since then her application has been pending,to my surprise today I just checked it now online it says declined,I want SASSA to tell us why is it declining her application because she's not working, she's not receiving any income,, I want a proof of whatever their reason may be of declining her application please, they can call me on ***,i tried calling their tollfree line I never got through, it's always busy, I want to know why is SASSA playing with vulnerable people like this.. It really hurts, or they want to eat this money by themselves, cause many people are complaining, this *******ion must come to an end, I'm really fed up, don't play with poor people's emotions and feelings like this, we all humans
