I want my SASSA money please

I went to Brits Post office for social grants on Thursday. Was told that the card has been blocked and I must go to SASSA, I went to SASSA and was told to go back to the post office. I got to the post office and it was closed. Went back on Friday and was taken from pillar to post. I then again went back without being assisted. Went back again on Monday and they promised to send documents for my card to be unblocked. I asked how long will it take, they said it can be up to 4 months. I want to know why does it take so long to unblock the card?In the process, how am I suppose to survive without my social grants?Is there no communication between SASSA and the post office because when you get there, you are being told different stories all the time?My grants were canceled and renewed but I was not aware. For 6 months, the money was being but it got missing!!Out of the R12 000, I only got R5000. What happened to the other R7000?
