On August 2013 I went to reinstate my social grant as per the letter that was sent to me. They told me that my application did not aprove. On the 28 October 2015 I went again to apply, waited in long queue outside the building for 7hours just to be told that I must go and make affidavit because I am under investigation because I did not come to reinstate my grant. I told the lady that I did come its them who did not approve my account, how ever I left to write an affidavit and came back the next day. When I got there from the police station with the affidavit they said that they are going for training which starts at 13H00 and it was 11H30 when I overheard that while sitting there and no one was even explaining a thing to me since the person that I spoke to said to me just join the queue.from there all the staff were just roaming around doing nothing to assist us. I asked someone to assist me and she completely refused and told me not to come back even the next day since there will no one to assist me, not to say they will be closed. In the banks, retailers etc closing time means closing the door not chasing away the clients or customers who are already in. They are so rude.
