i am fed up with this system and i would like a solutiuon to this. if at all possible.

they have never paid out since last year and regardless of resubmiting the relevent information and reaplications. i have records of their payments and emails stating the problem. their email and contact lines dont work yet there are ques of people at the post offices and most getting more than 3 to 4 payouts.
